If you need to trigger a manual customer (this run every 30 minutes on schedule) or stock (this runs once a day overnight) log onto NEW-SQL server using the red transact user:
 
Username: whp\redtransactuser
Password: *******
 
On the desk you will see two icons:
 

 
 
Simply double click on either to trigger the required upload. The account will take roughly 5 minutes to run and the stock will take roughly 30 minutes to run.
